Q. Once I have made my reservation through the website or via
email, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel? |
A. Yes, an email will be sent as confirmation of your reservation.

| Q. Is the room rate per person or per night? |
| A. Price is in Japanese yen and is per room per night. Tax already included. |

| Q. Are the rooms air conditioned? |
A. Not all of them.
Single Room A comes with a fan in the summer, and a heater in winter.
Single room B and Twin room has air-conditioning.

| Q. Can I request are non-smoking room? |
| A. No,all of our rooms are smoking rooms. |

| Q. What are your check-in and check-out times? |
| A. Our check in time is 11:00am, and you must be checked out by 9:00am.

| A. Yes, they are included in your room charge. |

| Q. Do you have a curfew? |
| A. Yes, the curfew is 24:00. We close the gate for your safety. |

| Q. Do you have rooms for 2 persons? |
| A. Yes, 2 persons can stay in a Twin room. |

| Q. Do you have any rooms that have their own bathroom? |
A. No, our rooms do NOT have their own private bathroom. However there are public restrooms on each floor and a public shower room on the first floor.

| A. No, but there is a public shower room on the 1st floor. |

| Q. Can I send my luggage by express delivery to your hotel before I check in? |
A. Yes, You can send it to the following address.

| A. VISA and MasterCard. |

| Q. Can luggage be left at the hotel? |
A. Luggage can be left at your room.
We can also hold your luggage at the reception for a short while before you check-in or after you check-out. |

| A. No, we do not have lockers available. |

| Q. Can I connect my laptop to the internet? |
| A. Internet is available for use in the 1st floor lounge. We have modular jack for your laptop to connect to the internet. |

| Q. Are there any convenience stores nearby? |
| A. Yes, There is a FamilyMart, Lawson’s, and a 100yen shop nearby. |

| Q. Can I get any sort of a discount for a long stay? |
| A. Yes, If you stay for 10 nights or longer, we will discount your rates. |

| Q. What is the cancellation policy on my reservation? |
A. You can cancel your reservation with no fee until 2 days before your check-in date.
