Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Once I have made my reservation through the website or via
email, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
A. Yes, an email will be sent as confirmation of your reservation.
If an email is not sent to you within two days,
please contact us via email at info@hotel-toyo.jp
Q. Are the rooms air conditioned?
A. Not all of them.
Single Room A comes with a fan in the summer, and a Foot warmer in winter.
Single room B and Twin room has air-conditioning and heater.
Q. Can I request are non-smoking room?
A. Yes. all rooms are non-smoking room. There is the smoking area on each floor.
Q. What are your check-in and check-out times?
A. Our check in time is 2:00pm, and you must be checked out by 11:00am.
Q. Do you provide linens ?
A. Yes, they are included in your room charge.
Q. Do you have a curfew?
A. No we have no curfew. We will show you how to unlock the door with a dial lock when you check in.
Q. Do you have any rooms that have their own bathroom?
A. No, our rooms do NOT have their own private bathroom. However there are public restrooms on each floor and a public shower room on the first floor.
Q. Do you have a private shower room?
A. No, but there is a public shower room on the 1st floor.
Q. Can I send my luggage by express delivery to your hotel before I check in?
A. Yes, You can send it to the following address.
Be sure to write your check-in date on the delivery label.

Q. What credit cards are accepted at your hotel?
A. VISA and MasterCard.
Q. Can luggage be left at the hotel?
A. Luggage can be left at your room.
We can also hold your luggage at the reception for a short while before you check-in or after you check-out.
Q. Are there any lockers in your hotel?
A. No, we do not have lockers available.
Q. Can I connect my laptop to the internet?
A. Internet is available anywhere in our hostel by WI-FI. We have some common PC available for free in the common room.
Q. Are there any convenience stores nearby?
A. Yes, There is a FamilyMart, Lawson’s, and a 100yen shop nearby.
Q. Can I get any sort of a discount for a long stay?
A. Yes, We have super special monthly plan.
Q. What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
A. You can cancel your reservation with no fee until 2 days before your check-in date.
